The invention provides a system structure and a sound source detection method, which can improve the determination accuracy of a sound source and suppress the increase of the load of sound source detection work in a sound source detection system for determining the sound source of abnormal noise propagating inside or outside a vehicle cabin. A sound source candidate is extracted by a detection control device (94b) from travel information of a vehicle (10) when abnormal noise has occurred, and a measurement position corresponding to the sound source candidate is reported by a display display (94c) on the basis of the relationship between the sound source candidate and measurement positions (a first measurement position and a second measurement position) of a sound source detection device (94). As a result, the sound source detection device (94) can be provided at a suitable measurement position for estimating the sound source, thereby improving the accuracy of estimating the sound source. Furthermore, the measurement position of the sound source detection device (94) is easy to determine, and therefore, the burden of sound source detection work performed by an inspector is prevented from becoming large.

    本发明提供在确定在车厢内或车厢外传播的异常噪声的声源的声源探测系统中能提高声源的确定精度并且能抑制声源探测作业的负担变大的系统构成以及声源探测方法。通过探测用控制装置(94b),根据产生了异常噪声时的车辆(10)的行驶信息来提取声源候选,基于该声源候选与声源探测装置(94)的测定位置(第一测定位置、第二测定位置)的关系,通过显示用显示器(94c)报告与该声源候选相应的测定位置,因此,能将声源探测装置(94)设置于对于推定声源而言适当的测定位置,从而声源的推定精度得到提高。此外,声源探测装置(94)的测定位置容易确定,因此也抑制了由检查员进行的声源探测作业的负担变大。
