The invention relates to a single-standard-knot double-tower-crane supporting system and a construction and operation method thereof.According to the system, firstly, a large tower crane standard knot is connected with a structure, a bailey truss is connected with the large tower crane standard knot, and two small tower cranes are connected with the bailey truss, so that an overall stable structure is formed, and bottom supporting and climbing power is provided for double towers on the upper side. The standard knot needing to be hoisted is hoisted to the position below the bailey truss sliding rail through a tower crane; transferring the standard knot by using a sliding rail, hanging the standard knot on a sliding rolling crane on the sliding rail, and adjusting the standard knot to a proper height by adjusting the height of the rolling crane; and the sliding rolling crane is started, the standard knots are transported in place, and the knot adding work is carried out. According to the invention, on the premise of not changing the foundation at the lower part of the tower crane, the conversion from one tower to two towers is realized by using the bailey truss, and the purpose of lifting the two towers is achieved by adding the large standard knots or converting the movable foundation. And the on-site requirement for the double tower cranes is met, the on-site restructuring frequency is reduced, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
