The structure main body of the measuring system comprises a floating body shell, a main floating body embedded in the floating body shell, a base frame, a temperature-salinity-depth CTD sensor and a chlorophyll concentration and back scattering sensor, and an underwater propeller is arranged on one side close to the irradiance sensor, so that the profile measurement system is far away from the ship, and the influence of the ship on an ambient light field is avoided. A pitching and rolling adjusting device of the profile measurement system is added, so that the profile measurement system is kept in a vertical state when a free falling body descends in water, and the data quality is improved; system shadow correction is carried out innovatively according to the size of a profile measurement system, and the data quality is improved; a temperature-salinity-depth sensor and a chlorophyll concentration and backscattering coefficient sensor are added, so that marine organism optical multi-parameter comprehensive measurement is realized, and meanwhile, backscattering parameters are provided for radiance shadow correction.

    本发明提供了一种自由落体式海洋生物光学剖面测量系统和方法,属于海洋观测技术领域。该测量系统结构主体包括浮体外壳、嵌入浮体外壳的主浮体和基架,还设有温度‑盐度‑深度CTD传感器和叶绿素浓度和后向散射传感器;且靠近辐照度传感器一侧装有水下推进器,使剖面测量系统远离船只,以避免船只对环境光场的影响。本发明增加剖面测量系统的俯仰和横滚调节装置,使之在水中自由落体下降时保持竖直状态,提高数据质量;根据剖面测量系统尺寸,创新性进行系统阴影校正,提高数据质量;增加温度‑盐度‑深度传感器和叶绿素浓度以及后向散射系数传感器,实现海洋生物光学多参数综合测量,同时为辐亮度阴影校正提供后向散射参数。
