The invention relates to the technical field of marine equipment, in particular to a hydraulic rotary control system of a marine hose crane, which comprises a control handle, two pilot valves, a main throttle valve, a three-position four-way hydraulic control reversing valve, a shuttle valve, a two-position three-way hydraulic control reversing valve, a one-way throttle valve, a rotary cushion valve group, a hydraulic motor and a speed reducer brake, one path of a system control oil source is communicated with a two-position three-way hydraulic control reversing valve, a one-way throttle valve and a speed reducer brake, the other path of the system control oil source is sequentially communicated with a control handle, a shuttle valve, two pilot valves, a three-position four-way hydraulic control reversing valve, a rotary cushion valve group and a hydraulic motor, and a main throttle valve is installed on an oil return pipeline of the three-position four-way hydraulic control reversing valve. The two pilot valves are fixedly installed on the rotating inner ring of the rotary support, the pilot valves are provided with contact blocks, and the two arc-shaped guide plates are fixedly installed on the fixed outer ring of the rotary support. According to the system provided by the invention, the rotation start-stop and motion process of the marine hose crane is stable and controllable, and the rotation motion range is adjustable.

    本发明涉及船用设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种船用软管吊机的液压回转控制系统,其包括控制手柄、两个先导阀、总节流阀、三位四通液控换向阀、梭阀、二位三通液控换向阀、单向节流阀、回转缓冲阀组、液压马达及减速机制动器,系统控制油源一路与二位三通液控换向阀、单向节流阀及减速机制动器连通,另一路依次与控制手柄、梭阀、两个先导阀、三位四通液控换向阀、回转缓冲阀组及液压马达连通,总节流阀安装在三位四通液控换向阀回油管路上,两个先导阀固装在回转支撑转动内圈上,先导阀安装有触块,回转支撑固定外圈上固装两个弧形导向板。本发明提供的系统实现了船用软管吊机回转启停及运动过程平稳可控,回转运动范围可调。
