The invention discloses an electrically-driven crawler-type turning air cushion suspension lightering device which comprises an air cushion suspension unit, a lifting mechanism located on the outer side of the air cushion suspension unit and a moving mechanism located between the outer side of the air cushion suspension unit and the lifting mechanism. A flexible crawler belt is installed on the periphery of an air cushion suspension unit, the crawler belt is driven by a motor to rotate so as to drive the air cushion unit to move, and a steering function of the air cushion unit and the crawler belt is achieved by installing an air pressure jacking device on a cargo bearing face. Walking is flexible, the turning radius is small, the turning radius is only limited by the size of a workpiece, the robot is particularly suitable for narrow channels or places where turning is frequently needed, and the carrying process is stable; and the reliability and continuity of air cushion lightering are improved.

    本发明公开了一种电驱动履带式可转弯气垫悬浮驳运装置,包括:气垫悬浮单元,位于气垫悬浮单元外侧的升降机构,位于气垫悬浮单元外侧及升降机构之间的移动机构;在气垫悬浮单元外围安装柔性履带,履带通过电机驱动转动,进而带动气垫单元移动,并且通过在货物承载面上安装气压顶起装置,实现气垫单元和履带的转向功能;行走灵活,回转半径小,其回转半径仅由工件自身的尺寸所限制,特别适合于狭窄通道或经常需要拐弯场所,且搬运过程平稳;提高气垫驳运的可靠性和连续性。
