The method comprises the following steps: when the battery module is connected, controlling the DCDC module to enter a power-on state; when the DCDC module is in the starting state, the state of a vehicle engine is detected, and whether a dormancy condition is met or not is judged; and when the state of the vehicle engine meets the dormancy condition, the DCDC module is controlled to enter the dormancy state from the starting state. When the DCDC module is started, the state of the vehicle engine is detected, and the DCDC module is controlled to sleep when the state of the vehicle engine meets the sleep condition, so that the purpose of reducing standby power consumption is achieved.
