    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,具体涉及一种卷筒排绳装置及起重机。所述卷筒排绳装置包括:卷筒,其上环绕设置有绳槽;钢丝绳,适于缠绕在绳槽内;卡环,套设于卷筒外侧,且卡环适于沿卷筒的轴线方向运动;至少一个托辊,安装于卡环上,托辊的转动轴线与卷筒的轴线相平行,托辊适于在跟随卡环运动时,将钢丝绳压入绳槽内。本发明提供的卷筒排绳装置,通过在卷筒外侧套设卡环,使卡环适于沿卷筒的轴线方向运动,并在卡环上设置托辊,托辊在跟随卡环运动时,将钢丝绳压入绳槽内,从而使钢丝绳在卷筒上整齐排布,防止出现乱绳现象,避免发生安全事故,同时保证卷筒在高速工作的时候钢丝绳排布不会乱,延长钢丝绳寿命,减少换绳成本。
