The upper rail wheel (4) has an inward flange portion (4A). The lower rail wheel (5) has an outward flange portion (5A). The upper shell (2) has an outward protruding portion (2A) protruding radially outward from a surface facing an end surface (4C) of the inward flange portion (4A) toward the end surface (4C). The lower shell (3) has an inward protruding portion (3A) protruding radially inward from a surface facing an end surface (5C) of the outward flange portion (5A) toward the end surface (5C). The upper side rail wheel (4) is held by the upper side case (2) as the end surface (4C) of the upper side rail wheel (4) is in contact with the outward protruding portion (2A) of the upper side case (2). The lower side rail wheel (5) is held by the lower side case (3) as the end surface (5C) of the lower side rail wheel (5) is in contact with the inward protruding portion (3A) of the lower side case (3).
