The invention discloses a preparation method of a through shaft, which comprises the following steps of: heating a round bar, and rolling the round bar through cross wedge rolling, so that a rod part of the through shaft is rolled and formed; the unformed part is locally heated and placed into a forging die, and a flange plate of the through shaft is forged and formed through a closed die; the formed blank is subjected to quenching treatment and tempering treatment, and then machining is conducted; and carrying out surface medium-frequency quenching heat treatment on the machined blank, and then carrying out finish machining to obtain a finished product. Through rolling, forging, quenching and tempering processes and surface medium-frequency quenching heat treatment, the core part of the prepared product has uniform ferrite and pearlitic structures, the structures are stabilized to 1-3 levels, the hardness uniformity is high, the consistency of the same section is smaller than 3 HRC, and the product quality is high. And a relatively uniform and continuous quenched martensite structure is obtained during final surface quenching, so that the strength of the product is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种贯通轴的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将圆棒料加热,通过楔横轧对圆棒料轧制,使贯通轴的杆部轧制成型;将未成型部位局部加热,放入锻造模具中将贯通轴的法兰盘采用闭式模具锻造成型;将成型的毛坯件进行淬火处理和回火处理,然后进行机加工;将机加工后的毛坯件进行表面中频淬火热处理,然后精加工制得成品。本发明通过轧制、锻造,并配合本发明的淬火、回火工艺以及表面中频淬火热处理,使制备得到的产品芯部均匀的铁素体和珠光体组织,组织稳定到1‑3级,硬度均匀性较高,同一截面一致性小于3HRC,在最终表面淬火时得到较均匀连续的淬硬马氏体组织,显著提高了产品的强度。
