The invention relates to a behavior prediction device. The behavior prediction device performs a distribution calculation process, a similar level calculation process, a similar level evaluation process, and a collision determination process. In the distribution calculation process, a probability density distribution relating to a future position of the moving body is calculated for each behavior pattern using position data and velocity data of the moving body, error data thereof, and a plurality of behavior models set for each behavior pattern corresponding to the type of the moving body. In the similar level calculation process, a similar level of the probability density distribution to the reference probability density distribution is calculated for each behavior pattern. In the similar level evaluation process, the similar level is evaluated. The similar level includes an out-of-range level that is lower than the similar allowable range. In the similar level evaluation process, behavior patterns having out-of-range levels are excluded from the object of the collision determination process.
