The invention provides a method for charging a mobile platform, a base station and a mobile platform system. The method for charging the movable platform comprises the following steps: acquiring a next operation task of the movable platform; according to the operation information of the next operation task, a corresponding charging mode is selected, the charging mode comprises a normal charging mode for charging a battery of the movable platform and a storage charging mode for facilitating storage of the battery, and in the storage charging mode, the normal charging mode is used for charging the battery of the movable platform; and controlling the electric quantity of the battery to be smaller than the electric quantity when the battery is fully charged. According to the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding charging mode is selected according to the operation information of the next operation task of the movable platform, so that the battery of the movable platform is prevented from being in a high-electric-quantity storage state for a long time, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.
