The invention discloses a six-degree-of-freedom full-active control Lorentz pod, which comprises a rotor system and a stator system, and is characterized in that the rotor system comprises a pod body, an axial translation and radial deflection magnetic bearing rotor, a spherical motor rotor assembly and a photoelectric encoder rotor grating; the stator system comprises an axial translation and radial deflection magnetic bearing stator assembly, a spherical motor stator assembly, a radial support, a photoelectric encoder reading head, a radial spherical magnetic bearing stator assembly, an axial support, an axial displacement sensor, a deflection displacement sensor and a radial displacement sensor. Through the six-degree-of-freedom full-active control Lorentz pod with a displacement detection point and a magnetic bearing translation control point being co-located, errors caused by a sensor and magnetic bearing conversion matrix are eliminated, and the imaging quality of a spacecraft camera is improved. In addition, the spherical rotating motor is adopted to control the orientation of the pod rotor, the 360-degree azimuth angle active adjustment capability can be achieved, and the earth observation maneuvering imaging quality of the camera is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种六自由度全主动控制洛伦兹吊舱,包括动子系统和定子系统,动子系统包括:舱体、轴向平动径向偏转磁轴承动子、球面电机动子组件、光电码盘动子光栅;定子系统包括:轴向平动径向偏转磁轴承定子组件、球面电机定子组件、径向支座、光电码盘读数头、径向球面磁轴承定子组件、轴向支座、轴向位移传感器、偏转位移传感器、径向位移传感器。通过位移检测点与磁轴承平动控制点共位的六自由度全主动控制洛伦兹吊舱,消除了传感器与磁轴承转换矩阵引起的误差,提升了航天器相机成像质量。此外,采用球面旋转电机控制吊舱动子方位,可实现360°方位角主动调整能力,进一步提升了相机对地观测机动成像质量。
