The flexible wingtip structure comprises a spar, a wing shell, a wingtip hinge structure, a wingtip bracket, a flexible filler and an active controller. The wing shell is fixed on the wing beam, and the wingtip hinge structure is fixedly connected with one end of the wing beam. The wingtip hinge structure is formed by connecting a plurality of wingtip hinge units in series, and each wingtip hinge unit can rotate around a rotating shaft of a driving device of the wingtip hinge unit, so that the whole wingtip is controlled to deform. The active controller is used for controlling the wingtip to move, so that the effects of relieving gust load, reducing resistance and the like can be achieved. Gaps are reserved between the wingtip hinge units and between the wingtip hinge units and the wing shell, so that interference between different shells caused by wingtip movement is prevented. And the gaps are filled with flexible foaming foam, so that the aerodynamic efficiency can be effectively improved, and the noise is reduced.
