The invention discloses a safety protection system of an A-type drill tower for wire-line coring, which comprises a drill tower, a drilling machine arranged at the bottom of the drill tower, a crown block arranged at the top of the drill tower, a traveling block connected to the lower part of the crown block through a steel wire rope, and a two-layer control tower arranged in the middle of the drill tower, and further comprises a safety protection system for ensuring normal work of the drilling machine and personnel safety, the safety protection system comprises a weight-indicating overload protection device used for preventing overloading of the crown block, an anti-collision device used for preventing overtravel of the traveling block and an anti-falling frame used for preventing personnel from falling. The anti-falling device has the beneficial effects that the U-shaped anti-falling frame is arranged above the second-layer control tower, so that a worker can be effectively prevented from falling during high-altitude maintenance; the anti-collision device can effectively prevent the traveling block from exceeding the working stroke to cause collision accidents; the weight indicator overload protection device can set an overload protection value according to the actual condition, and when the weight indicator detects that the tension of the steel wire rope reaches the set value, an alarm is given to remind field staff to stop the current operation in time.

    本发明公开一种绳索取心用A型钻塔的安全防护系统,包括钻塔,钻塔底部设有钻机,钻塔的顶部设有天车,天车下部通过钢丝绳连接有游车,钻塔中部设置有二层塔台,还包括用于保证钻机正常工作和人员安全的安全防护系统,所述安全防护系统包括用于防止天车过载的指重过载保护装置,用于防止游车位置超行程的防碰装置以及防止人员坠落的防坠落架。其有益效果在于:在二层塔台的上方设置U型的防坠落架,可以有效防止工作人员在高空检修时发生坠落;防碰装置可以有效防止游车超出工作行程发生碰撞事故;指重过载保护装置,可根据实际设定过载保护值,当指重仪检测到钢丝绳拉力达到该设定值时,发出警报,提醒现场工作人员及时停止当前操作。
