The invention discloses a hydraulic braking force control method, which comprises the following steps that: an EBCU calculates a hydraulic braking force target value according to a braking working condition, carries out impact limiting treatment, and firstly controls the current of a proportional electromagnetic valve in a hydraulic braking system by utilizing inner-layer control of a current closed loop and outer-layer control of a pressure closed loop; pressure is output in a current closed-loop control mode, then the output PWM duty ratio of a proportional electromagnetic valve is finely adjusted according to the difference value between the target pressure and the actual pressure of a brake cylinder, and adjustment of the actual pressure and the target pressure is achieved through an inner-layer current closed-loop and outer-layer pressure closed-loop double-layer control method. The invention further discloses a hydraulic braking force control system corresponding to the hydraulic braking force double-closed-loop control method, the purpose of accurately and stably controlling the braking pressure is achieved, a vehicle runs stably, the impulse is small, and the comfort level of passengers is high.

    本发明公开了一种液压制动力控制方法,包括步骤:EBCU根据制动工况计算出液压制动力目标值,进行冲击限制处理,并利用电流闭环的内层控制及压力闭环的外层控制,先控制液压制动系统中比例电磁阀的电流,利用电流闭环的控制方式输出压力,然后根据制动缸目标压力和实际压力的差值,对比例电磁阀的输出PWM占空比进行微调,通过利用内层的电流闭环和外层的压力闭环双层控制方法来实现实际压力与目标压力的调节,实现液压制动力双闭环控制,本发明并公开了与上述方法对应的一种液压制动力控制系统,达到制动压力精确平稳控制的目的,使得车辆运行稳定,冲动小,乘客舒适度高。
