The invention provides an automatic calibration method for a motor power-assisted curve in an ECHBPS steering system, and belongs to the technical field of development of vehicle hybrid electric control steering systems. According to the method, vehicle response is used as an optimization target, a road feeling value range and a hand force value range preferred by a driver at different calibrated vehicle speeds are used as constraint conditions, and a change curve of steering wheel torque along with time is combined; and iteratively optimizing the initial motor power-assisted curves at different calibrated vehicle speeds under the constraint condition until the vehicle response meets an iteration termination condition, obtaining optimal motor power-assisted curves at different calibrated vehicle speeds, and completing automatic calibration of the motor power-assisted curves in the ECHBPS steering system. The method can replace a manual calibration process, test resources are saved, and the development cycle of the ECHBPS steering system is shortened; in addition, when steering control is conducted on the vehicle through the calibrated motor power-assisted curve, the preference of a driver is better met, and the driving comfort degree is improved.

    本发明提供了一种ECHBPS转向系统中电机助力曲线的自动标定方法,属于车辆混合动力电控转向系统开发技术领域。该方法将车辆响应作为优化目标,将不同标定车速下驾驶员偏好的路感取值范围和手力取值范围作为约束条件,并结合方向盘力矩随时间的变化曲线,在所述约束条件下对不同标定车速下的初始电机助力曲线进行迭代优化直至车辆响应满足迭代终止条件,得到不同标定车速下的最佳电机助力曲线,完成ECHBPS转向系统中电机助力曲线的自动标定。该方法能够替代人工标定过程、节省试验资源、缩短ECHBPS转向系统的开发周期;并且能够使得利用标定好的电机助力曲线对车辆进行转向控制时更符合驾驶员的偏好,提高驾驶舒适度。
