The invention provides a profile lower section design method, belongs to the field of tire profile design, and can solve the technical problems that the overturning torque of an anti-explosion tire suitable for a common profile is increased, and the steady-state performance of the tire is poor. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps that 1, an initial tire contour model is established according to a selected tire model; 2, according to the tire outer diameter D and the rim sum diameter d, the section height SH = 1/2 (D-d) is obtained, the parameters of the contour lower section height LSH and the contour upper section height USH are adjusted, and LSH is made to be larger than USH; 3, the contour fitting width RW is adjusted according to the standard rim width Rm; 4, according to the relation between the contour fitting width RW and the contour section width SW, the contour section width SW is adjusted; and step 5, constructing a function relationship of contour parameters according to the test data in the steps 2-4, and verifying through a formula until a contour model meeting the requirements is obtained. The method can be applied to the contour of the self-supporting tire of the full-series passenger car.

    本发明提出一种轮廓下断面设计方法,属于轮胎轮廓设计领域,能够解决普通轮廓适用防爆胎翻转力矩增大、轮胎稳态性能差的技术问题。该技术方案包括以下步骤:步骤1、根据选定轮胎型号建立初始轮胎轮廓模型;步骤2、根据轮胎外直径D、轮辋着和直径d,得到断面高度SH=1/2(D‑d),调整轮廓下断面高度LSH和上断面高度USH的参数,使LSH>USH;步骤3、根据标准轮辋宽度Rm调整轮廓着合宽度RW;步骤4、根据轮廓着合宽度RW和轮廓断面宽度SW的关系,调整轮廓断面宽度SW;步骤5、根据步骤2至4中的试验数据构建轮廓参数的函数关系,通过公式进行验证,直至获得符合要求的轮廓模型。本发明能够应用于乘用车全系车型的自体支撑轮胎的轮廓。
