A center shaft for the temperature-salinity-depth profile acquisition equipment to move up and down is provided, a wireless charging interface is arranged at the top of the temperature-salinity-depth profile acquisition equipment, and the wireless charging interface charges the temperature-salinity-depth profile acquisition equipment through a wireless charging base. A wireless charging control process is started between the buoy body and the temperature-salinity-depth profile acquisition equipment through handshake connection of a wireless charging protocol. The temperature-salinity-depth profile acquisition system provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of miniaturization, automation, recoverability, in-situ repeated observation and long working time.
