Comprising a core body, the core body comprises a structure frame formed by stacking a plurality of units and end plates on the two sides of the core body, cold path fins or hot path fins are arranged in the structure frame, a cold path channel is formed between the structure frame and the cold path fins, a hot path channel is formed between the structure frame and the hot path fins, and the cold path channel and the hot path channel are communicated with each other. The cold path channels and the hot path channels are arranged in a staggered and stacked mode, the structural frame is arranged in a hexagonal shape, and the structural frame comprises a middle heat dissipation area with the middle arranged in a rectangular shape and side flow guide areas arranged on the two sides in a triangular shape. According to the heat exchanger, the heat exchange air flow can stay in the core body for a longer time, and meanwhile, the air flow is distributed more uniformly by utilizing the change of the shape, so that the purpose of improving the heat exchange effect is achieved.
