A supporting ball seat is fixed in the lower core disc, a supporting surface which is arranged upwards is arranged on the supporting ball seat, and the middle part of the supporting surface is a supporting spherical surface formed by a partial spherical surface; a bearing is arranged in the lower core disc, a rotating core shaft is rotationally assembled in the lower core disc through the bearing, the lower end of the rotating core shaft is provided with an adaptive spherical surface, and the supporting ball seat supports the rotating core shaft through matching of the supporting spherical surface and the adaptive spherical surface; a connecting plate is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rotating mandrel and connected with a vehicle body.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种芯盘连接结构及使用该芯盘连接结构的转向架,以解决现有技术中的芯盘在转向架上连接后易产生严重的磨损使寿命缩短的技术问题。转向架包括框型构架,框形构架上设有垂直于其长度方向设置的横梁,横梁上设有芯盘连接结构。芯盘连接机构包括呈筒状布置且开口朝上的下芯盘,下芯盘用于固设在转向架的框形构架上;下芯盘中固定有支撑球座,支撑球座上设有朝上布置的支撑面,支撑面的中部为部分球面形成的支撑球面;下芯盘中设有轴承,通过轴承在下芯盘中转动装配有转动芯轴,转动芯轴的下端具有适配球面,支撑球座通过支撑球面与适配球面的配合实现对转动芯轴的支撑;转动芯轴的上端固设有连接板,连接板与车体连接。
