The invention discloses a charging gun and a stress relieving structure thereof. The charging gun comprises a cable, a shell and the stress relieving structure. The shell comprises a first shell body and a second shell body, and the first shell body is detachably connected with the second shell body. The stress relieving structure comprises a first part, a second part and a plurality of first annular convex parts. The first part is detachably connected with the second part, the first part is arranged on the first shell, and the second part is arranged on the second shell. The first shell and the second shell are assembled, so that the first part and the second part are assembled, and the stress relieving structure wraps the surface of at least part of the cable and is clamped between the cable and the shell.
