The invention relates to a rescue carriage winch operation hydraulic system which comprises a self-rescue winch, a dragging and rescuing winch, a control valve set, a load-sensitive multi-way valve and a load-sensitive variable displacement piston pump, the self-rescue winch and the dragging and rescuing winch are connected with the load-sensitive variable displacement piston pump, and the load-sensitive variable displacement piston pump supplies oil to the self-rescue winch and the dragging and rescuing winch. One end of the load-sensitive multi-way valve is connected with the load-sensitive variable plunger pump, the other end of the load-sensitive multi-way valve is connected with the self-rescue winch and the dragging and rescuing winch, and independent operation of the self-rescue winch or the dragging and rescuing winch is controlled by controlling the load-sensitive multi-way valve; the control valve group is mounted among the load-sensitive multi-way valve, the self-rescue winch and the dragging and rescuing winch, an oil path of the self-rescue winch and an oil path of the dragging and rescuing winch are communicated through the control valve group, and then control during combined operation of the self-rescue winch and the dragging and rescuing winch is achieved by controlling the opening degree of the load-sensitive multi-way valve. The independent or combined operation state of the two winches on the rescue vehicle can be switched according to actual needs, and sufficient hydraulic driving force is provided for the two winches.
