本发明涉及电梯平层感应系统的故障检测方法。电梯平层感应系统包括平层磁铁板组件、磁传感器组件以及电梯控制系统。所述故障检测方法包括:由电梯控制系统检测电梯断电重启状态;当没有检测到电梯断电重启时,确定出电梯已投入运行;当检测到电梯断电重启时,通过LOP/COP启动电梯进行楼层识别并检测电梯层间运行时平层信号是否正常。本发明能够完整全面地检测故障,最大程度地保证该平层感应系统的稳定运行,在平层感应系统的传感器出现损坏、上行和/或下行减速磁铁板出现损坏、平层磁铁板出现损坏或各部件安装不良的情况下,都能够顺利地检测出对应的故障,为乘客提供安全可靠的乘梯环境。

    The invention relates to a fault detection method of an elevator leveling sensing system. The elevator leveling induction system comprises a leveling magnet plate assembly, a magnetic sensor assembly and an elevator control system. The fault detection method comprises the steps that an elevator control system detects the power-off restart state of an elevator; when it is not detected that the elevator is powered off and restarted, it is determined that the elevator is put into operation; and when it is detected that the elevator is powered off and restarted, the elevator is started through LOP/COP to conduct floor recognition, and whether a leveling signal is normal or not during elevator inter-floor operation is detected. According to the invention, faults can be completely and comprehensively detected, stable operation of the leveling induction system can be ensured to the greatest extent, and corresponding faults can be smoothly detected under the conditions that a sensor of the leveling induction system is damaged, an ascending and/or descending speed reduction magnet plate is damaged, a leveling magnet plate is damaged or each part is poorly installed; and a safe and reliable elevator taking environment is provided for passengers.
