The invention provides a thermoelectric power generation device for a wing anti-icing and de-icing assembly, the anti-icing and de-icing assembly and a method. The thermoelectric power generation device comprises a heat insulation layer, a heating layer and a heat transfer layer which are attached in sequence, as well as a thermoelectric heating module semiconductor element, a voltage stabilizing circuit and a power supply, the heating layer is connected with the discharge end of the power supply; the temperature difference heating module semiconductor element at least comprises a cold end and a hot end, the hot end is arranged as the heat transfer layer, and the cold end is arranged as an outer skin of a wing to be heated; the semiconductor element of the temperature difference heating module is connected with the charging end of the power supply through the voltage stabilizing circuit; a semiconductor element of the temperature difference heating module is introduced into the ice preventing and removing assembly, the heating layer serves as a hot end, the surrounding environment serves as a cold end, and the thermoelectric effect is used for supplying power to the ice preventing and removing assembly; ice on the aircraft body is removed, and the flight safety of the aircraft is guaranteed; the device has the characteristics of simple structure, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like, and can achieve the purpose of energy conservation on the premise of meeting the ice prevention and removal requirements.

    本发明提出了一种用于机翼防除冰组件的温差发电装置、防除冰组件及方法,包括依次贴合的隔热层、加热层和传热层,以及温差发热模块半导体元件、稳压电路和电源;所述加热层与所述电源的放电端连接;所述温差发热模块半导体元件至少包括冷端和热端,所述热端设置为所述传热层,所述冷端设置为待加热机翼的外蒙皮;所述温差发热模块半导体元件通过所述稳压电路,与所述电源的充电端连接;本发明通过将温差发热模块半导体元件引入防除冰组件中,将加热层作为热端,周围环境作为冷端,利用热电效应为防除冰组件供电;除去飞机机体的覆冰,保证飞机的飞行安全;具有结构简单,节能环保等特点,可以在实现防除冰要求的前提下达到节约能源的目的。
