When the state of the vehicle exits from the previous auxiliary driving state due to the reason that a non-driver actively exits, the state of the vehicle can be automatically switched to the auxiliary driving state from the current driver take-over state under the condition that the driving information meets the switching condition, so that the intelligence and safety of the driving process are improved, and the driving safety is improved.
