The invention discloses an NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) suppression device and method for an electric vehicle carrying an automatic transmission. The suppression device comprises a driving motor, the automatic transmission, a lubricating hydraulic system, an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit), a TCU (Transmission Control Unit) controller, a vehicle control unit, a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus, a threshold judgment unit and a high-frequency NVH suppression resolving unit, the driving motor is connected with the automatic transmission; the lubricating hydraulic system lubricates the automatic transmission; the MCU controller and the TCU controller are respectively connected with the driving motor and the lubricating hydraulic system; the MCU controller and the TCU controller are respectively connected with the CAN through a threshold value judging unit; the vehicle control unit is connected with the CAN bus; the input end of the high-frequency NVH suppression resolving unit is connected with the CAN bus and the threshold judgment unit, and the output end of the high-frequency NVH suppression resolving unit is connected with the MCU controller and the TCU controller. The system is simple in structure, the service quality of the electric automobile can be improved, high-frequency electromagnetic noise is avoided, and the driving environment of a driver is greatly optimized.

    本发明公开了一种搭载自动变速器的电动汽车NVH抑制装置及方法,抑制装置包括驱动电机、自动变速器、润滑液压系统、MCU控制器、TCU控制器、整车控制器、CAN总线、阈值判断单元及高频NVH抑制解算单元;驱动电机与自动变速器连接,润滑液压系统对自动变速器润滑;MCU控制器和TCU控制器分别连接驱动电机与润滑液压系统;MCU控制器、TCU控制器分别通过阈值判断单元与CAN连接;整车控制器与CAN总线相连;高频NVH抑制解算单元输入端连接CAN总线、阈值判断单元,输出端分别连接MCU控制器和TCU控制器。本发明结构简单,能够提升电动汽车的服役质量,避免高频电磁噪声的出现,极大地优化了驾驶员的驾驶环境。
