The invention provides an automobile gas cylinder bracket assembly adopting a precision casting-welding composite process. The automobile gas cylinder bracket assembly comprises a frame girder, a connecting bracket, a connecting square tube, a bottom square tube frame, a bottom thin plate and a punching and welding bracket, wherein the frame girder and the connecting support are assembled through bolts, and the connecting support is connected with the connecting square tube, the bottom square tube frame, the stamping and welding support and the bottom thin plate in a welding mode. The gas cylinder connecting support formed by splicing and welding 17 stamping plates in the prior art is designed into an integrally-formed precision casting through a lightweight design method, the precision casting is formed through a lost wax method precision casting process technology and is assembled and welded with other components, the connecting support is the most important security part in the assembly, and the assembly is convenient to assemble and disassemble. The integrally formed precision casting connecting bracket reduces the product weight, improves the product strength, the product size precision and the product surface quality, reduces the assembling and welding procedures, eliminates the concentrated stress of a plurality of welding seams caused by the existing splicing and welding structure of 17 stamping plates, and integrally improves the product competitiveness.

    本发明提出了一种精铸‑焊接复合工艺的汽车气瓶支架总成,包括:车架大梁、连接支架、连接方管、底部方管框架、底部薄板、冲焊支架;其中车架大梁与连接支架通过螺栓装配,连接支架与连接方管、底部方管框架、冲焊支架、底部薄板之间通过焊接方式连接。本发明通过采用轻量化设计手法对现有技术中的由17块冲压板拼焊而成的气瓶连接支架设计为一体化成型的精铸件,通过失蜡法精密铸造工艺技术成型,与其余部件装配焊接组成,连接支架为该总成中最为重要的安保件,其一体化成型的精铸件连接支架减轻了产品重量,提高了产品强度、产品尺寸精度与产品表面质量,减少了装配焊接工序,消除了现有的由17块冲压板拼焊结构造成的多处焊缝集中应力,整体提升了产品的竞争力。
