The invention discloses a battery transfer path algorithm of an unmanned battery swapping station, and relates to the technical field of battery swapping station battery transfer. The method comprises the steps that a battery replacement transfer platform sends a state acquisition instruction to an intelligent detection terminal of each battery replacement cabinet; the intelligent detection terminal detects battery state information of a plurality of batteries in the corresponding battery replacement cabinet through the state monitoring unit; the intelligent detection terminal performs statistical analysis on the plurality of pieces of battery state information through a statistical analysis unit to generate battery state information of the battery replacement cabinet and transmits the battery state information to the battery replacement transfer platform; the battery changing transfer platform compares the battery state information of the battery changing cabinet with a historical customer demand table to generate transfer path information; and the battery replacement transfer platform sends the transfer path information to the mobile transfer terminal corresponding to the transfer person. According to the invention, through the transfer of the full-power-state batteries in different battery changing cabinets, the full-power-state batteries in all the battery changing cabinets are kept sufficient; and the transfer overhead is reduced and the transfer efficiency is improved while customer requirements are met.

    本发明公开了无人换电站的电池转移路径算法,涉及换电站电池转移技术领域。本发明包括换电转运平台向各换电柜的智能检测终端发送状态获取指令;智能检测终端通过状态监测单元检测对应换电柜内若干电池的电池状态信息;智能检测终端通过统计分析单元对若干电池状态信息统计分析生成换电柜电池状态信息并传递至换电转运平台;换电转运平台对比换电柜电池状态信息与历史客户需求表生成转移路径信息;换电转运平台发送转移路径信息至转运员对应的移动转运终端。本发明通过不同换电柜内的满电状态电池的转运实现了保持各换电柜满电状态电池充足;保证满足客户需求的同时降低转运开销,提高转运效率。
