The invention discloses an integral type wing aileron driving device and an installation method.The integral type wing aileron driving device comprises a driving part, a transmission assembly and a transmission containing cylinder, and the transmission containing cylinder is pre-buried in a wing main body integrally manufactured with a wing box with an opening and located between the installation position of an aileron in the wing main body and the wing box; the rotating shaft and the rotating shaft of the aileron are coaxially arranged; the transmission assembly is movably arranged in the transmission containing cylinder in a penetrating mode and can move in the axial direction when not connected with the driving piece, and one end of the transmission assembly is connected with or disengaged from the aileron located at the installation position. The driving part enters the wing box from the opening, is connected with the other end of the transmission assembly, limits the axial movement of the transmission assembly and drives the transmission assembly to rotate. The driving device has the advantages of being simple in structure, reasonable in layout, capable of being installed from a small opening, suitable for airfoils without process separation surfaces and with ailerons located at the far end or in the middle of the wing body and the like. The installation method of the driving device further has the advantages of being simple in step, convenient to operate, extremely small in space needed by operation and the like.

    本发明公开了一种整体式机翼副翼驱动装置以及安装方法,整体式机翼副翼驱动装置包括驱动件、传动组件和传动容置筒,传动容置筒预埋在与带有开口的翼盒一体制成的机翼主体内,位于机翼主体中副翼的安装位置至翼盒之间,且与副翼的回转轴同轴布置;传动组件活动穿设在传动容置筒内,于未连接驱动件时能沿轴向移动,一端连接或脱离位于安装位置的副翼;驱动件从开口处置入翼盒内部,并连接传动组件的另一端且对传动组件的轴向移动限位,驱动传动组件转动。本发明的驱动装置具有结构简单、布局合理、能够从小开口安装、适用于无工艺分离面且副翼位于机翼主体远端或中部翼型等优点,其安装方法还具有步骤简单、操作方便且操作所需空间极小等优点。
