The invention relates to a method for sealing an internal space of a contact network monitoring device, which comprises the following steps of: fixing a circuit board, an accelerometer and a connector in a monitoring device shell through screws, and protecting parts which do not need to be sealed by using protective glue; and after the protection glue is cured, the sealant is prepared and poured into the monitoring device shell, and all the parts needing to be sealed are completely wrapped in the glue layer. According to the technical scheme, the cured sealant enables parts of the monitoring device and the shell to be firmly bonded together, no gap exists, and the waterproof and sand-proof sealing effect is achieved; the sealant is firm in bonding force, has elasticity and can resist heat value cold shrinkage when the environment temperature changes, the aging resistance of the sealant layer is higher than that of a sealing ring, meanwhile, screw fixing is omitted, the risk that screws fall off is prevented, and reliability is improved. And the shell is sealed by the glue layer without a buckling groove and a fastening screw hole, so that the processing procedures are reduced, the processing time is shortened, and the personnel and machine costs are reduced.

    本发明涉及一种接触网监测装置内部空间密封方法,将电路板、加速度计、接插件通过螺钉固定在监测装置壳体内,用保护胶保护好不需要胶封的部位;待保护胶固化后,将密封胶配好倒入监测装置壳体中,将全部需要密封的零部件完全包裹到胶层中。本发明的技术方案,使得固化后的密封胶使得监测装置的零部件和壳体牢固的粘接在一起,没有缝隙,起到了防水、防沙的密封效果;密封胶的粘接力牢固且具有弹性可以抵抗环境温度变化时的热值冷缩,并且胶层的抗老化性比密封圈高,同时去掉了螺钉固定防止了螺钉掉落的危险,提高了可靠性;用胶层密封壳体上不需要扣槽和增加固紧螺钉孔,减少了加工工序和加工时间,降低了人员和机器成本。
