The invention provides a fire fighting access occupation monitoring and early warning method based on RFID, and the method comprises the steps: arranging RFID reader-writers at an entrance and an exit of a fire fighting access, and arranging a first high-definition image collection device at the fire fighting access; the RFID reader-writer acquires information of the vehicle electronic tags in the fire fighting access in real time and records information acquisition time of the electronic tags; the RFID reader-writer transmits the information of the electronic tag and the acquisition time to the monitoring host, and the vehicle information comprises a license plate number, vehicle owner information, a vehicle type and a vehicle color; the monitoring host judges whether the current fire lane is occupied by a vehicle or not according to the information uploaded by the RFID reader-writer, if yes, the first high-definition image acquisition equipment is controlled to acquire image information of the vehicle, and the position information of the first high-definition image acquisition equipment is recorded; the monitoring host uploads the electronic tag information, the acquisition time, the image information and the position information to a server, and uploads the information to a superior supervision unit server through the server, and the monitoring host prompts early warning through an alarm arranged in a fire fighting access.

    本发明提供的一种基于RFID的消防通道占道监测预警方法,包括:在消防通道的进口以及出口设置RFID读写器,并在消防通道设置第一高清图像采集设备;RFID读写器实时采集消防通道内的车辆电子标签的信息并记录电子标签的信息采集时间;RFID读写器将电子标签的信息以及采集时间传输至监控主机,其中,车辆信息包括车牌号、车主信息、车辆类型以及车辆颜色;监控主机根据RFID读写器上传的信息判断当前消防车道是否为车辆占道,如是,控制第一高清图像采集设备获取车辆的图像信息,并将记录第一高清图像采集设备的位置信息,监控主机将电子标签信息、采集时间、图像信息以及位置信息上传至服务器,并通过服务器上传至上级监管单位服务器,并且监控主机通过设置于消防通道的告警器提示预警。
