本发明公开了一种升降电梯制动系统,包括轿厢,轿厢安装在电梯井中,轿厢两侧壁设有导靴,电梯井壁上设有与所述导靴相配合的导轨,所述导轨通过导轨架垂直设置,还包括紧急制动装置和速度监测装置,所述紧急制动装置安装在轿厢外壁的侧壁上,所述紧急制动装置包括橡胶碗,当轿厢运行速度大于设定值时,紧急制动装置启动,所述橡胶碗在大气压作用下吸附在电梯井壁上;所述速度监测装置能够根据监测轿厢运行速度并自动启动紧急制动装置。本发明通过多种缓冲装置组合或者独立作用,可以确保轿厢上端钢丝绳断裂、电源停电、备用电源故障等复杂极端条件下轿厢中人员的安全。

    The invention discloses an elevator braking system which comprises an elevator car, an emergency braking device and a speed monitoring device. The elevator car is installed in an elevator shaft, guide shoes are arranged on the two side walls of the elevator car, guide rails matched with the guide shoes are arranged on the elevator shaft wall, and the guide rails are vertically arranged through a guide rail frame. The emergency braking device is installed on the side wall of the outer wall of the lift car, the emergency braking device comprises a rubber bowl, when the running speed of the lift car is larger than a set value, the emergency braking device is started, and the rubber bowl is adsorbed to the wall of an elevator shaft under the action of atmospheric pressure; the speed monitoring device can automatically start the emergency braking device according to the monitored running speed of the lift car. Through the combined or independent action of various buffer devices, the safety of personnel in the lift car can be ensured under complex extreme conditions such as breakage of a steel wire rope at the upper end of the lift car, power failure of a power supply and failure of a standby power supply.
