The invention discloses a hydro-pneumatic suspension vibration energy recovery system and an engineering vehicle. The hydro-pneumatic suspension vibration energy recovery system comprises a middle axle hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder, a rear axle hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder and a rectification recovery system. The middle axle oil gas suspension cylinder is mounted at a middle axle of the engineering vehicle; the rear axle hydro-pneumatic suspension cylinder is mounted at a rear axle of the engineering vehicle; the rectification recovery system is composed of a rectifier bridge and an energy conversion system, the rectifier bridge is connected with the energy conversion module through a hydraulic oil pipe, and the hydraulic oil pipe is connected with the output end of the middle axle oil gas suspension cylinder and the output end of the rear axle oil gas suspension cylinder. Kinetic energy is converted into electric energy when an engineering vehicle vibrates up and down on a complex road surface of a mining area, vibration energy is effectively recycled, meanwhile, heat of hydraulic oil in the oil-gas suspension cylinder can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the oil-gas suspension cylinder is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种油气悬挂振动能量回收系统及工程车辆,包括中桥油气悬缸、后桥油气悬缸和整流回收系统;中桥油气悬缸安装在工程车辆的中桥处;后桥油气悬缸安装在工程车辆的后桥处;整流回收系统由整流桥与能量转化系统组成,整流桥一方面通过液压油管与能量转化模块相连,另一方面液压油管分别与中桥油气悬缸、后桥油气悬缸的输出端相连接。本发明实现工程车辆在矿区复杂路面上下振动时将动能转换成电能,有效的实现对振动能量的回收,同时可有有效减少油气悬缸内液压油热量,提高油气悬缸使用寿命。
