The invention relates to a rim manufacturing method and a rim manufacturing device. The rim manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a strip-shaped sectional material is curled to form a ring-shaped structure; in the process that the sectional material is curled to form the ring-shaped structure, a plurality of assembling holes used for assembling spokes are formed in the sectional material; the multiple assembly holes are distributed in the curling direction of the sectional material at intervals. According to the rim manufacturing method and the rim manufacturing device, compared with the mode that in the prior art, the semi-finished rim product is formed firstly, then the semi-finished rim product is positioned through the positioning device, the semi-finished rim product is positioned through special equipment, and then the pits and the spoke holes are machined, in the process that the sectional material is curled to form the ring-shaped structure, the rim manufacturing efficiency is improved; the assembling holes (including the pits and the spoke holes) are synchronously manufactured and formed, the manufacturing efficiency is improved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the method is suitable for batch production.

    本发明涉及一种轮辋制造方法和轮辋制造装置,包括以下步骤:将条状的型材卷曲形成圈状结构;在将所述型材卷曲形成所述圈状结构的过程中,在所述型材上开设用于装配辐条的多个装配孔;其中,多个所述装配孔在所述型材的卷曲方向上间隔排布。上述轮辋制造方法及轮辋制造装置,相对于现有技术中先形成轮辋半成品,而后通过定位装置定位轮辋半成品,并用专用设备将轮辋半成品定位再加工凹窝和辐条孔的方式,在将型材卷曲形成圈状结构的过程中,同步制造形成装配孔(包括凹窝和辐条孔),提高了制造效率,降低了制造成本,适合批量生产。
