The invention relates to the technical field of warp knitting machines, in particular to a warp knitting rolled gray fabric roll unloading device. A positioning plate corresponding to the top plate is arranged at the position, close to the mounting groove, of the containing groove, and the end, away from the telescopic device, of the top plate is rotationally connected to the positioning plate. The automatic coil unloading device can automatically unload coils, saves time and labor, and accordingly can improve production efficiency and reduce production cost of enterprises.
