    本发明涉及车辆零部件技术领域,公开了一种车用电瓶框结构,其设于车架尾梁的前端,包括用于容纳蓄电池的电瓶框主体,所述电瓶框主体由非金属复合材料一体成型,所述电瓶框主体的一端连接所述车架尾梁,所述电瓶框主体的两侧设有托架,两侧的所述托架分别连接车架的左纵梁和右纵梁。本发明通过采用非金属复合材料一体成型制作电瓶框主体,其不仅结构轻,而且不需要焊接,避免了出现焊缝开裂、断裂问题,提高了使用安全性,也降低了成本。将电瓶框主体布置在车架尾梁的前端,并连接车架尾梁,即将电瓶框主体设置在了车架尾端,从而改善油箱布置空间,同时由于电瓶框主体的两端分别连接车架的左纵梁和右纵梁,从而保证了电瓶框的连接稳定性。
