The invention discloses a double-core battery heat exchanger integrating heating and cooling functions. The double-core battery heat exchanger comprises a first heat exchanger block and a second heat exchanger block, the first heat exchanger block and the second heat exchanger block are laminated coolers and comprise a plurality of laminations; the shapes of all the laminations are the same; the first heat exchanger block and the second heat exchanger block are fixed through a connecting plate; the shape of the connecting plate is the same as that of each lamination, and the connecting plate is provided with at least one connecting opening for communicating a first fluid channel and a third fluid channel of the first heat exchanger block and the second heat exchanger block; the battery heat exchanger is applied to a hybrid vehicle. The second fluid channel of the first heat exchanger block is connected with a cooler for cooling the internal combustion engine through a coolant circuit; and a medium input port and a heat transfer medium outlet of the heat exchanger are connected with a whole vehicle radiating pipeline. According to the invention, the first heat exchanger block and the second heat exchanger block which are independent are integrated in the common heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the battery is accurately controlled, and the types of parts are reduced.

    本发明公开了集加热和冷却功能的双芯体电池换热器,包括第一热交换器块和第二热交换器块;第一热交换器块和第二热交换器块均为叠片冷却器,均包括多个叠片;所有叠片的外形均相同;第一热交换器块和第二热交换器块通过连接板固定;连接板的外形与每一叠片相同,且设有至少一个连接开口用于连通第一热交换器块和第二热交换器块的第一流体通道和第三流体通道;电池换热器应用于混合动力车辆;第一热交换器块的第二流体通道通过冷却剂回路与用于冷却内燃机的冷却器连接;热交换器介质输入口和传热介质出口与整车散热管路连接。本发明将两个单独的第一热交换器块和第二热交换器块集成在公共热交换器中,对电池进行精确的温度控制,减少零件的种类。
