The embodiment of the invention further discloses the aluminum alloy carriage. According to the buckling mode, the stress condition of the side plates is fully considered, in the process that external force is applied to the box body from the inner side to the outer side, the buckling part can effectively play a supporting role, and the overall structural strength of the box body is improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种铝合金榫卯结构车厢制造工艺,S001、将车厢底板相互扣接横铺,组成底板,再在底板预定位置同高转角接头安装竖向连接板,形成底板总成;S002、通过下边梁在底板总成的两侧安装车厢侧板;将侧板子扣合部和母扣合部扣接,所述扭力卡扣伸入所述扭力卡槽中,所述第一抵接平面与所述第二抵接平面抵接,所述拉力卡块扣入所述拉力卡扣中,以组成车厢侧板;S003、将顶板加强梁与上边梁固定连接;S004、安装前板总成和后面板总成。本发明实施例还公开了一种铝合金车厢。本发明的扣接方式充分考虑侧板的受力情况,当箱体由内面向外施加外力的过程中,扣接部位可以有效起到支撑作用,增加箱体整体结构强度。
