The submarine cable protection device comprises a protection shell, the diameter of the first end of the protection shell is larger than that of the second end of the protection shell, and the protection shell naturally transits from the first end to the second end of the protection shell; the elastic restraining piece is provided with an elastic circular ring body, and the inner diameter of the elastic circular ring body is smaller than the diameter of the submarine cable; and the fastening restraining piece comprises a first restraining body and a second restraining body, and the first restraining body and the second restraining body are connected through a bolt to form a pressing cavity capable of pressing the submarine cable. According to the submarine cable protection device, the submarine cable is protected through the protection shell, elastic fastening of the submarine cable is converted into rigid fastening through the elastic restraining piece and the fastening restraining piece, it is guaranteed that the submarine cable has partial movement capacity, the submarine cable is protected and supported, and the safety of the submarine cable is improved; meanwhile, the replacement frequency and the maintenance frequency of the submarine cable are reduced, and the economical efficiency of the floating type wind turbine generator is improved.
