The invention relates to a cryogenic propellant on-orbit precooling and filling system and a filling method, which are characterized in that by designing a special on-orbit precooling and filling system, cryogenic propellant on-orbit precooling and filling transmission between two storage tanks is realized; the system comprises a propellant filling storage tank, a heater, a liquid capturing device, a drainage device, a passive thermodynamic exhaust system and a filling loop, the liquid capturing device and the drainage device are used for full liquid supply during on-orbit filling, and the storage tank realizes pressure control through the passive thermodynamic exhaust system and is pre-cooled; in-orbit filling transmission needs to establish a transmission pressure difference between two phases, a low-temperature propellant in a filling storage tank is heated and gasified, and the pressure of the filling storage tank is increased, so that the transmission pressure difference is established between the filling storage tank and a filled storage tank, and in-orbit filling is realized.

    本发明涉及一种低温推进剂在轨预冷和加注系统及加注方法,通过设计专用的在轨预冷和加注系统,实现两个贮箱之间低温推进剂在轨预冷及加注传输;该系统包括推进剂加注贮箱、加热器、液体捕获装置、引流装置、被动热力学排气系统和加注回路;液体捕获装置和引流装置用于在轨加注时的全液供给,贮箱通过被动热力学排气系统实现压力控制、对贮箱进行预冷;在轨加注传输需在两相之间建立传输压差,采用加热气化加注贮箱内低温推进剂,提高加注贮箱压力,从而在加注贮箱、受注贮箱之间建立传输压差,实现在轨加注。
