The invention discloses a wheel hub motor and an electric vehicle, the wheel hub motor comprises a middle shaft, and a shell assembly, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and a gear assembly connected to the middle shaft, the shell assembly and the rotor assembly are supported on the middle shaft through bearings, the stator assembly comprises a stator core and a winding, the stator core is provided with a closed yoke part, and the winding is arranged in the middle shaft. A plurality of tooth parts are arranged on the periphery of the yoke part, the winding is wound on the tooth parts, and the winding adopts an aluminum wire; the rotor assembly is provided with a permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet is made of ferrite; the rotor assembly is in transmission connection with the shell assembly through the gear assembly. The rotor assembly of the hub motor drives the shell assembly to rotate through the gear assembly, the shell assembly is connected with wheels of the electric vehicle, and running of the electric vehicle is achieved. The winding adopts an aluminum wire to replace a copper conductor, and the permanent magnet of the rotor assembly adopts a ferrite material to replace an expensive rare earth permanent magnet material, so that the manufacturing cost of the hub motor can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轮毂电机及电动车,轮毂电机包括中轴以及连接于中轴的壳体组件、定子组件、转子组件以及齿轮组件,壳体组件和转子组件均通过轴承支撑在所述中轴上,定子组件包括定子铁芯及绕组,定子铁芯具有封闭的轭部,轭部的外周设置有多个齿部,绕组绕设于齿部,绕组采用铝导线;转子组件具有永磁体,永磁体的材料为铁氧体;转子组件与壳体组件通过齿轮组件传动连接。轮毂电机的转子组件通过齿轮组件驱动壳体组件旋转,壳体组件连接电动车的车轮,实现电动车的行驶。绕组采用铝导线,代替铜材导体,转子组件的永磁体采用铁氧体材料,代替昂贵的稀土永磁材料,有助于降低轮毂电机的制造成本。
