The embodiment of the invention provides an anomaly detection method and device based on real-time operation data of a new energy automobile, and the method comprises the following steps: according to the requirements of GB/T 32960, carrying out the real-time operation data of a power battery system of the new energy automobile and the historical health data of a small sample; the monitoring parameter data of the power battery system is combined with the multivariate state estimation technology to obtain an anomaly detection model and the residual error of each monitoring parameter in the anomaly detection model, and the residual error comprises a healthy residual error and an actual residual error; and performing sequential probability ratio test on the residual error, and obtaining an anomaly detection result of the new energy automobile power battery system based on an index of the sequential probability ratio test. The abnormal state of the power battery system during degradation can be accurately detected. The training process is high in efficiency and short in time consumption.

    本发明实施例提供了一种基于新能源汽车实时运行数据的异常检测方法及装置,包括以下步骤:按照GB/T 32960的要求,基于新能源汽车动力电池系统的实时运行数据和小样本的历史健康数据;将动力电池系统的监测参数数据,结合多元状态估计技术,得到异常检测模型和异常检测模型中各个监测参数的残差,所述残差包括健康残差和实际残差;将所述残差进行序贯概率比检验,基于序贯概率比检验的指数,得到新能源汽车动力电池系统的异常检测结果。能够准确地检测出动力电池系统退化时的异常状态。训练过程效率高,耗时短。
