According to the steel finished product hoisting auxiliary in-place tool, a grip transmission rod is designed in a two-section mode, the telescopic function is achieved, switch controllers are installed on one side of the grip transmission rod, and the functions of controlling light switches and controlling the length of a transverse rod are achieved; a lock ring telescopic linkage device, a rack protection device and a lighting device are installed on the upper portion of the grip transmission rod, and a lock ring control device controls lock rings at the two ends of a cross rod to be opened through a hand brake to clamp a hoisting object rigging. The locking ring telescopic linkage device drives two groups of racks through a middle motor and a gear to realize width adjustment of the tool so as to adapt to the size requirements of different hoisting objects; and the rack protection device and the lighting device are attached to the lock ring telescopic linkage device, protect the rack and provide a lighting effect when the light of the working environment is insufficient. Direct contact between a human body and a hoisted object can be avoided, and the hoisting operation efficiency and the safety coefficient of operators are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种钢制产成品吊运辅助就位工具,握把传动杆采用两段式设计,实现伸缩功能,握把传动杆一侧安装各个开关控制器,实现控制灯光开关能和控制横杆长度功能,握把传动杆上部安装锁环伸缩联动装置、齿条保护装置及照明装置,锁环控制装置通过手闸控制横杆两端锁环打开功能,对吊装物索具进行夹持;锁环伸缩联动装置由中部电机及齿轮驱动两组齿条,实现本工具的宽度调整,以适配不同吊装物的尺寸需求;齿条保护装置及照明装置:附着于锁环伸缩联动装置上,对齿条进行保护,并在工作环境光亮不足时提供照明作用。本发明够避免人体与吊装物的直接接触,大幅度提高吊装作业的效率和作业人员的安全系数。
