The invention discloses a universal hoisting tool and method for a front flange, and belongs to the field of machining. Comprising a supporting framework, a sliding chuck, a hoisting sliding block and a pull rod, the supporting framework comprises a guide rail, a lifting ring and a lifting vertical rod, and the lifting vertical rod is located at the center axis of the supporting framework. The inner ends of the plurality of guide rails are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the hoisting vertical rod in the circumferential direction; the lifting sliding block is coaxially arranged on the lifting vertical rod in a sleeving manner and can reciprocate up and down, and the lifting sliding block is axially limited by inserting a locking bolt into a lifting vertical rod limiting pin hole; the multiple sliding chucks sleeve the multiple guide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner and can do reciprocating motion in the length direction of the guide rails; the axial movement of the lifting sliding block is converted into the horizontal reciprocating movement of the sliding chucks through the pull rods, so that the front flange is clamped and loosened by the sliding chucks. The tool has the advantages of being safe to use, accurate in clamping, rapid in hoisting and the like, and the geometric accuracy (especially roundness) of the thin-wall front flange product cannot be affected in the using process.

    本发明一种前法兰通用起吊工装及方法,属于机械加工领域;包括支撑骨架、滑动夹头、起吊滑块和拉杆;支撑骨架包括导轨、吊环和起吊竖杆,起吊竖杆位于支撑骨架的中心轴处;多个导轨的内端沿周向均布于起吊竖杆的下端外周面上;起吊滑块同轴套装于起吊竖杆上,能够上下往复运动,通过锁止插销插入起吊竖杆限位销孔对起吊滑块进行轴向限位;多个滑动夹头一一对应套装于多个导轨上,能够沿导轨长度方向做往复运动;通过多个拉杆将起吊滑块的轴向运动转化为多个滑动夹头的水平往复运动,实现滑动夹头对前法兰的夹持、松开动作。本发明具有使用安全、夹持准确、起吊快速等优点,在使用过程中不会对薄壁前法兰产品几何精度(特别是圆度)造成影响。
