本发明为一种货运车辆轮胎传感器的识别结构及定位方法,尤其是适用于商用车多轮位且存在复轮的情况下,通过设置激励天线,并将激励天线通过连接线与信号收发器连接,由信号收发器控制激励天线部位发出激励信号,激励轮胎中的传感器,传感器的反馈信号由激励天线接收,并传输回信号收发器,并据此判断传感器编号,实现传感器的轮位初步判断;信号收发器接收的数据再上传至云端服务器,由云端服务器进一步处理,并将处理结果发送给应用终端,完成每个传感器的精准位置识别。

    The invention relates to an identification structure and a positioning method of a freight vehicle tire sensor, which are particularly suitable for the condition that a commercial vehicle has multiple wheel positions and multiple wheels exist, an excitation antenna is arranged, the excitation antenna is connected with a signal transceiver through a connecting line, and the signal transceiver controls the excitation antenna part to send out an excitation signal; a sensor in a tire is excited, a feedback signal of the sensor is received by an excitation antenna and transmitted back to a signal transceiver, the number of the sensor is judged according to the feedback signal, and wheel position preliminary judgment of the sensor is achieved; and the data received by the signal transceiver is uploaded to the cloud server for further processing, and a processing result is sent to the application terminal, so that the accurate position identification of each sensor is completed.
