The invention discloses an assembly type concrete prefabricated part suspender pre-embedded structure and a using method. The pre-embedded structure comprises a suspender, an elastic half-wave ball and a fixing bolt. The elastic half-wave ball comprises a bottom surface and two 1/4 hemispheres formed by vertically cutting the lower parts, an anchoring hole for mounting a fixing bolt is formed in the center of the bottom surface, and mounting cavities are formed in opposite positions of the centers of the two 1/4 hemispheres and are used for mounting the upper part of the suspender in the elastic half-wave ball; and vertical dismounting holes are formed in the two sides of the elastic half-wave ball. When the embedded structure is used, the embedded structure and the formwork are fixedly installed together, the elastic half-wave balls are dismantled after pouring of a concrete prefabricated part is completed, then embedding of the suspender is completed, and the suspender is hoisted through a special hoisting connector during hoisting. According to the invention, the pre-embedding standardization of the suspender of the precast concrete component and the accurate positioning of the pre-embedded suspender can be realized, and the phenomenon of unstable lifting caused by displacement of the suspender in the concrete pouring process is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种装配式混凝土预制构件吊杆预埋结构及使用方法,该预埋结构包括吊杆、弹性半波球和固定螺栓;所述弹性半波球包括底面和下部被竖向切开而形成的两个1/4半球,在底面的中心开设有用于安装固定螺栓的锚固孔,两个1/4半球中心相对的位置开设有安装腔,用于将吊杆上部安装在弹性半波球之内;在弹性半波球两侧设有竖向拆卸孔。在使用时,先将预埋结构与模板固定安装在一起,混凝土预制构件浇筑完成后将弹性半波球拆除,即完成了吊杆的预埋,在起吊时采用专用的吊装接头进行吊装即可。本发明可以实现混凝土预制构件吊杆预埋标准化以及预埋吊杆的精确定位,避免吊杆在混凝土浇筑过程中发生位移,造成起吊不平稳现象。
