The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, reacting triallyl cyanurate with phosphate containing unsaturated double bonds to obtain a triazine derivative; s2, a zinc salt solution is added for a hydrothermal reaction, and a Zn-coated MOFs metal organic framework is obtained; s3, after high-temperature heating, adding a lubricant for ball milling, and performing spray granulation to obtain porous metal organic framework particles; s4, mixing with nano-silver particles, an emulsifier and a fluorine-containing silane coupling agent to form emulsion, and spraying the emulsion on a decorative material to obtain a ceiling decorative layer; s5, stirring the porous metal organic framework particles, an ionic liquid, PMMA and DMF into a mixed solution, dipping the base material in the mixed solution, and performing extrusion rolling and baking to obtain a ceiling base material; and compounding with a ceiling decorative layer, and carrying out mold pressing and cutting. The interior ceiling manufactured by the invention not only has good sound insulation and heat insulation properties, but also has excellent antibacterial and flame-retardant properties, and meets the strict requirements of long-term use of the automotive interior ceiling.
