本发明公开了一种基于准零刚度原理的空气悬架及其结构设计与优化方法,悬架包括磁负刚度机构、空气弹簧机构;空气弹簧机构包括膜式空气弹簧,膜式空气弹簧固定安装在车桥上部;磁负刚度机构包括缸筒和活塞杆,缸筒置于膜式空气弹簧内,且缸筒的底部与膜式空气弹簧内的内底面相连;活塞杆固定在车身下部且延伸至缸筒内部;缸筒上装有通电线圈,活塞杆上装有环形永磁体,由环形永磁体和通电线圈构成的电磁弹簧;本申请中的磁负刚度机构置于膜式空气弹簧腔内,在空气悬架的基础上,提高了悬架的隔振性能。同时本申请的设计及优化方法,通过优化磁负刚度机构设计参数以及空气弹簧的结构参数,使得本发明准零刚度空气悬架能在平衡位置附近较大区域内产生很大的负刚度。

    The invention discloses an air suspension based on the quasi-zero stiffness principle and a structural design and optimization method of the air suspension. The suspension comprises a magnetic negative stiffness mechanism and an air spring mechanism. The air spring mechanism comprises a membrane type air spring which is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the axle. The magnetic negative stiffness mechanism comprises a cylinder barrel and a piston rod, the cylinder barrel is arranged in the membrane type air spring, and the bottom of the cylinder barrel is connected with the inner bottom face in the membrane type air spring. The piston rod is fixed to the lower portion of the vehicle body and extends into the cylinder barrel. The cylinder barrel is provided with an electrified coil, and the piston rod is provided with an annular permanent magnet and an electromagnetic spring composed of the annular permanent magnet and the electrified coil. The magnetic negative stiffness mechanism is arranged in the membrane type air spring cavity, and the vibration isolation performance of the suspension is improved on the basis of the air suspension. Meanwhile, according to the design and optimization method, by optimizing the design parameters of the magnetic negative stiffness mechanism and the structural parameters of the air spring, the quasi-zero stiffness air suspension can generate large negative stiffness in a large area near the balance position.
