The invention discloses an accurate parking method for an underground coal mine electric locomotive, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a braking torque model of the electric locomotive and combining the braking torque model with a double-closed-loop vector control model; the real-time load of the electric locomotive, the real-time track gradient, the real-time distance between the electric locomotive and an end point, the real-time speed of the electric locomotive and the calculated value of the braking torque of the electric locomotive, which are acquired by the model of the braking torque of the electric locomotive and the double-closed-loop vector control model, are used as a sample set to train the single-hidden-layer feedforward neural network model; the trained single-implicit strata feedforward neural network model is imported into a double-closed-loop vector adjusting system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of the electric locomotive, and the double-closed-loop vector adjusting system controls the permanent magnet synchronous motor of the electric locomotive to generate braking torque, so that accurate parking of the electric locomotive is achieved, parking errors are reduced, and production efficiency is improved.
