The invention provides a vehicle seat electric control suspension and a vehicle seat. The vehicle seat electric control suspension comprises a suspension control device, a distance sensor and an air spring. Wherein the distance sensor monitors the distance between an upper frame and a lower frame of the electric control suspension and sends the distance to the suspension control device; the suspension control device receives a seat adjusting instruction sent by the external equipment and judges whether the height indicated by the seat adjusting instruction is larger than the distance sent by the distance sensor or not; if yes, the suspension control device controls an air spring to be inflated, so that the distance between an upper frame and a lower frame of the electric control suspension is equal to the height indicated by the seat adjusting instruction; if yes, the suspension control device controls the air spring to release air, so that the distance between the upper frame and the lower frame of the electric control suspension is equal to the height indicated by the seat adjusting instruction. According to the vehicle seat electric control suspension in the mode, the height of the seat can be adjusted according to a seat adjusting instruction, and adjustment is convenient and fast; meanwhile, the rigidity of the air spring changes along with vibration, and effective damping can be achieved.
